I will be cleaning the inside on Saturday as it got grubby from muddy boots when we went fishing last weekend.
Then out in the CSl on Sunday as off to Brands Hatch with our friend who is doing a test day there with BEMSEE. Looking forward to driving her again - and with no ice on the roads !!

csl_mba,
Lovely looking car (very very shiney and cheap as chips) but fancy a SG one.
However i'm not ruling out black totaly but will just have to see what the standard of the SG ones on the market is at the moment.

SG are nice with the contrasting roof and looking equally as cool once polished up, but there is something about a black one

20-02-2009, 10:21 PM
come on boys and girls we all know that when the CSL enters that car hall of fame it will be a SG one and slowly over time the black ones will either get painted SG or will depreciate to £0.00
if you were right now hunting down that classic 2003/4 CSL it would be SG with no options as well
AND black, grey, white or whatever the fastest one is with a Shimmy in it!

Poxy electronic oil readings :moan: First off comes up with +0.6l so I top up with a measuring jug and new funnel 400ml of Edge..
Drove a few miles, still showing +0.6l :119:
Yesterday tried the sport mode selection thingy, came back with +0.1l :bigcry:
Now it wont even register a reading :wanker:
Sensor is possibly up the creek, all I know is I want to make sure the correct amount is in there rather than over filling :ANAL:

Drove a few miles, still showing +0.6l :119:
The reading can be a little random...
I collected my car after its InspII and thought that they had short changed me on the oil as it only read '+0.5l' on the 8 mile drive home!
I went for a drive the next day and it was the same until I drove a decent mileage - then the reading went to '+1.0l'. Been fine since

Yes but its best to keep just below 0.9 if you over fill it wont show up
+1.1 is the max but over this it will still show +1.1
I taxed the CSL today!
Off to Oulton tomorrow for a look as a drift day is on. Then maybe out Sunday with cleaning!
