Hi gang,
My friend Stewart with whom i own the Zed has put a deposit on this car to take to his holliday place in France.
Any thoughts on the dealer or car?

Thank you,
Eduardo.

You could ask someone you lives local to give it the once over & ask some questions face to face with the dealer

Thanks for advice.
Anyone local ? :)
The car as full service history , 75% BMW 25 % specialist. Apparently like new.
The deal would be , as me and Stewart are at Rockingham with the Zed this coming Saturday , them to bring the M3 to the track after making the full payment begining of the week.
Thanks.
Eduardo.

Looks quite toppy on price, but nice car/spec.
I recall the dealer has a pretty good rep.

I think the 1 owner car is a plus for Stewart who doesn't mind to pay extra for a good car. Hope it looks as clean as they say.
For that money I think you may be able to get a 35000 miles car I suppose , but that one seems to look genuine. I hope :)

As said a bit heavy on the price, a bit of Romans premium in there I think!
E46 prices have come up a bit but I'm not sure how many are selling at the 'new' higher prices but if your mate is happy then all good.
Check SH fully. In order of RI, Oil, Insp 1, Oil, it should have had the Inspection 2 service done last year, based on age not mileage. Check the seat bolster joints as they can come apart. The alloys look they have been refurbed but they havnt replaced the centre caps? Also check the front end for stone chips, E46s (esp in black love showing them up) and finally sub frame. You should still be within the 10 year goodwill period but some dealers can be funny about the car not having full BMWSH.
I sold my summer M3, privately with 39k, Manual and full correct BMWSH for c.£15k earlier this year (and that was toppish money for a private car then) to give you an idea of uplift in price.
Good luck
