Hi
I'm considering a CSL in North London

The only people that seem to offer mobile inspections are the AA/RAC

Is there anyone else that do mobile inspections that are recommended?

Thanks

Bmw do inspections FOC ;)

Any seller should happily take it to a dealer. I don't think I would try to sell without a dealer check over :smokin:

+1  It's called a "Visual Health Check"
Whilst it's not extensively comprehensive, it should pick up obvious faults if the M tech doing the checks is any good at his/her job ;)

Thanks for the replies

Ideally it would be great to have someone that is familiar with the CSL but the BMW dealer visual health check is one option if the vendor is ok with taking the car off premises

My local dealer quoted me £140 for a 'pre purchase inspection' nearly 2 years ago.
In the end I got a independent to do the check .
Hope this helps

If they are not happy for the car to be inspected then id cross that car off your list.

For me I'd prefer Adem to check it over and get a compression test done.
Make sure no head gasket failure.

He can then put it on the ramps and do his thing.

+1. I can't stress the importance of this enough.

What mileage is this CSL and how much out of interest LHutchin? Drop me a pm if you like

If you're keen on a main dealer check, I'm down in Brighton at Chandlers. Seen a few CSL's in my time;)
