Can anyone recommend a BMW approved body shop in or not to far from Essex please ?
Thanks

Near chelmsford
Do they have a Bodyshop at stanstead?
Thought it was at Bedford ?
Not too worried about distance really more quality of work but local would be good ideally :)

The very same one si.w mentioned. I wouldn't touch them with an extended barge pole. Incidentally my Cecil wasn't the only victim of their half-arse attempts @ bodywork. The front dumper on my 530d was also poorly finished few months before that :banghead: with even worst customer service to follow :clown:
Why do you think most of the bodywork / chassis repairs have been diverted to Elms Bedford
My local one man band body shop chap puts them to shame ... and if he makes a mistake (on extremely rare occasion) he knows how to rectify it without making a fuss or denial of an obvious flaw in the first place.

I haven't personally used their services so I'm not qualified to comment either way... however I have read a number of positive comments by other CSLR members.
I hope some of them will chime in and share their experiences
