As some of you guys knew i was looking for something different. The List showed AM V8V or a 997 GTS. Finally i found a new toy for the collection.

NO NOT THIS ONE, MINI GP II, fast gayer left the collection. :smokin:

I don't think you have to pay for personalised number plates in Germany. It has to have the region where the car is from (M for Munich in Rolands case) but I think with the rest of the letters and numbers, you can choose almost whatever you want.

Could be wrong though!

12,80€

I think we have nearly the same system like you guys, just cheaper.

If you would like a "1" or what ever, you have to know the lady behind the desk.

Nice one Roland. How do you find it? When I drove one (not a GTS) I found it a bit too civilised and not as much fun round a track as the Cayman. Is yours manual. Look forward to some feedback.

Well done Roland. GTS pick of the non GT 997 range, a future classic.

Always good to have some pork to keep cesil company

GTS looks great. I would loose the Carrera script from the rear though. Just GTS looks much better.

Congratulations Roland!

Is it a manual?

I sometimes consider selling the CSL to get a 997, but I might regret it.

Regards,
Alex

Thanks Alex,

Yes, it's a manual, with short shift. Tested a PDK but didn't like it.
Thought about selling Cesil, but at the end i'm happy that i kept CSL.

Regards, Roland
