I see the one on the right hid his face well but the other guy, his photo has been forwarded to the police!

Upper Camb perchance? I nearly bought the same type of house just around the corner from you last year, I'm in Great Cam (silverstone M5 touring) never see or hear CSL's passing through though.

Only drive the cars at anti social hours, always see a m5 touring going into the cambridge science park, is that you?

Yes that's probably me if the car is silver.

This probably won't affect CSL's and I don't want to scaremonger but someone around the corner from me had their 5 series stolen a week back (not sure which method was used but I assume there's a big chance its the ODB hack) I also had someone snooping around my drive the same night so if you have a useable garage, use it!

Very common on the E9x & E6x but not on the E46 M3 CSL, fortunately
One other way of safeguarding your E61 M5 Touring O.E. is to relocate the OBD socket somewhere less obvious but leave a dummy one where the original should be  ... or better still put some sort of an electrical short in there so it'll fry the potential thieves equipment when they try to code a blank key to nick it :supz:
It's what I did on my E60 530d
