This has probably been asked before but what's the difference between the TWS oil and the non TWS? I'm needing to order oil tonight as I have a car booked in for an oil change this weekend. Is the non TWS safe to use in the CSL?

TWS

Non TWS

Thanks for the reply.

The car is booked in with a main dealer so will they put the non TWS stuff in and will it comply if I have any warranty issues?

Yeah I seen Euro Parts is cheaper by £2 for a 4l bottle but with 10% forum discount on Opie it brings it down to £40 a bottle

Also, I'm actually needing 20l+ as I'm getting 3 cars done so does anybody know where the cheapest place to buy bulk is?

Brilliant, best price by far.

Order in so I'm all sorted.

Cheers for your help.

I can vouch for ECP also, free delivery too and that's to Northern Ireland, where free delivery is usually unheard of.

I saved over £70 buying Oil for the CSL, and oil and filters for the Z3.

Also, I hate to point out the obvious but TWS is just an abbreviation for 10W-60, it's all the same stuff. Castrol Edge it's more commonly known as now.

Thanks Barry, I discovered this last night while doing a bit of research. I'm still not sure why the bottle branded TWS is more expensive than the the standard Castrol Edge bottle though?
