If the Turner supplied ones are the Genuine BOSCH ones (as per originals) suitable for our RHD cars and we can get them for less then £35 a pop delivered to the UK then I'm game

I feel very lucky since I bought a pair from GSF before Christmas and just fitted them about a month ago. Since I got mine, it appears they've stopped doing them, for whatever reason. I only paid about £45 with whatever deal was going on at the time.

The guys on 'the other' site completed a successful GB on lenses but I think they got stung a bit on import duties, something to look out for. They do make such a difference, I have to admit, I just need to get my bumper and bonnet tidied up now.

Lol I can't live with the twin splitter look! I am so not digging it on my car. When I send my race lip for repair (which won't be cheap) I'll see if the company is wiling to make a mold of it so we can get a supply of lips for the people who want them.

Fresh lenses £121.00 from bmw dealer i couldn't get enough numbers to get a good discount from turner so £20 more i just collected them on the day.

The guys who still want lenses i can get the. £121 as opposed to £169 retail from main dealer if that helps!!!i would advise buying the rubber gaskets too though as i now gotta take mine off to replace the gaskets

No it worked out about £900 and something with vat import postage the lot!!
The fittings i bought seperately they weren't cheap either

Just got back from Gareth's smg software update i got this weeks release and its make the gear shift quicker in the sense you feel more of a jolt in say s3 the one you would feel in s5 pushing it its also smoother and ive noticed it doesn't change gear whilst negotiating a corner!!
Definitely worth the trip and the team up there are super polite friendly well set up

Thank you Gareth and co!!

235's on rear rims?

Drives the fuckin nuts no tramline no hard steering i got a little bit of a rough ride to start but as soon as the unused edges of the tyres had scrubbed it was super.i raised the front by 3 turns and it doesn't touch no matter how hard i push it.

To answer your question yes eagle f1 asymmetric 'no' race tyre compound.
235/35/19 stretches perfect

What's the point in running a wheel that's too wide for the tyre that's fitted to it, rather the correct sized wheel?

It sort of negates the point of running square if you are running standard size front tyre don't you think?

Or is it purely for cosmetic reasons with "concave" bro

Cosmetics i love the depth but the fronts are too flat!!if it had the same concave on 8 1/2j it would be perfect

I didn't run 265 due to tramlining and issues you know related to running wide rims up front.

Im happy with it dude it does negate the point but im not using these rims on track im using m3 rims.i would run square on track but 18s only prob they won't pass my calipers

I realised half way through typing it must be cosmetics. Tyre should be fine on the road, but will induce a little under steer when pushing on.

Im thinking go white with my rims cos robs pair for some reason are a lot lighter in colour then mine so i got robs pair on passenger side and my pair on drivers side but you or anyone can notice they aren't right mine although old look better darker chrome affect the other two are a lot more silver!!

White will get ruined with all the brake dust but black look just as bad when dirty
