It's engineless, I've had 3 confirmed dates and each time the deadline has been missed.
Next date is this month.
I'm speaking to BMW UK about this situation as it's pointless calling the dealer every other week.
This time get it in writing so they have a legal obligation , also bend there ear on getting a M car , like for like that's what the terms of the warranty say

will it get to a point where they have to buy the car back if they cannot meet the conditions of the warranty?
sorry to hear of the delays and hope it works out soon.

Do they?
I think it's taking the piss really to ask for a £100k Mcar and do 20k miles a year in it when he CSL is a garage queen maybe doing 3k miles a year.. They should say FINE, as long as you do no more miles than in the CSL otherwise we charge you.

CSL was 60 k new so ask for a 60 k car then.
that aint a 320D!!
plus the performance piece as well. not only about price but like for like in terms of car type and performance.
will soon be the case come late this year or early next year when the final 05 reg plates go past 10 years. then the fun n games will begin with warranties!

I think for £800 a year that getting a new engine is good enough.
Never mind smoking a £60k brand new car.

The 2day replacement is only if your car cannot be repaired within 4hours, keep reading:hahaha:

also they can cancel with 30 days notice (I presume only if you have no current claims in the pipeline)

I keep reading contradictions reference warranty
What the governing factor over warranty eligibility?
Is it 100k Miles or 10 years from 1st registration?
And more importantly we need to interview all the potential replacement tech's for Gareth's job to ensure we maintain the Elms warranty claim approval ratings!!;)

Comprehensive and Named Component can only be taken out under 100k miles. That means if you are on annual policy it will expire first renewal after 100k but if monthly policy it does not renew therefore it goes on forever if you keep paying. I.e. No mileage limit on existing policies.
