Spotted a SG heading north on A68 at Soutra around 4pm as I was heading south (not in CSL). Reg started YG04.

Would have been me. Went down to Grantshouse then across to Duns to check out the Jim Clark museum, only to realise that they are shut in the morning on Sunday :banghead:
Back roads across to Berwick for pizza and ice cream then back up to the museum. There is a car show on at Thirlestane Castle on 2nd June so headed there for a look then back up the A68 for home. Then GP highlights.
Good weather and nice empty back roads :supz:

Good routes - loads of them in East Lothian & the Borders. The Classic Car show at Thirlstone Castle is worth a visit if the weather is good.

Yeah, I stay in West Lothian but the back roads here are a bit busy at times so nice to go a bit farther afield for peace and quiet. I'll probably head down to Thirlstane, they seem to have a diverse display from what I've read and an impressive amount of exhibits.
Another route I love is down the 68 or A7 past Gala to Selkirk then along A708 to Moffat then back up the A701. My first night along this route for the 17 miles between Selkirk and Moffat I only passed 2 cars :-D
Think I might check out the car rally at Moffat at the end of June if I'm free that weekend.

That is a good route too. Moffat show is also worth seeing - about the same size as Thirlestain. There 's another show between Gala & Selkirk in Sept - haven't been to that in a few years though.

Believe Weyzi was the second owner. Not sure what cps stands for!? Take it you know the car? There is a vid of it at the ring. Think the third owner tracked it a bit.

Hi, sent you a pm. Did it work? I think either me or the computer might be being a bell-end! :banghead:
