Just got back after taking the mrs mini to the dealer.

The M235 is pig fecking ugly. :smt067: It even makes the M135 look beautifull.

Still all the M badges stuck on it are going to make some people very happy.

I've renamed my M135, used to be Betty (as in ugly Betty) and now it's the SUV (sports ugly vehicle)

surely M235 looks a little better?

It just looked so wrong. Walking past to reception I thought what the hell is that. The wheels looked about 13", out of proportion to the body & I could not be bothered to check the actual size as I was so disinterested. Looked at its rear and saw it was the M235, could not believe it. A coupe is supposed to make one drool.

Def looks like Mercedes are on top of their game in the looks dept and BMW lost the plot (New M3) only thing that seems to be on the money.

The M235 is defo ugly, it might be fast but you would not want to be seen in one, look at it from the back, even worse

Have to agree with Glendog it's not that Bad! I would prefer one over the 135 any day of the week the one series now that needs a paper bag over it before anyone enters that!

Exactly my point of view, as previously expressed on the introduction of the new 3 and 4 series, there are now being designed by US Designers with a view to the selling to a Chinese market.
By so doing they are at risk (as the man interviewed says) of alienating their home European markets. :whistle:

M235i Racing is probably the spiritual successor of the CSL - Nice! :thumbs:

Parked the cesil next to a silver grey E30 M3 t'other day at BMW Rybrook Shrewsbury......best 2 cars on the forecourt and they were amongst all the latest BMW offerings.:smokin:

I'm aware looks are subjective and very much in the eye of the beholder but... these M235i jobbies are FUGLY with a capital F, no matter what the colour.

There was a blue one at my Ocean BMW and I didn't even want to look at it - very underwhelmed... It didn't help how a new M3 was parked next to it!
