Threads are getting a little repetitive now, but credit where credit is due...

Insp 1 done, couple of very minor bits...chain tensioner seal under warranty, and broken Xenon level sensor link, not. Otherwise in rude health.
Recent Carbon bits bought from Mark (seat divide, SMG surround) fitted
New CSL door strips
Compression Test
Pax door handle de-stiffed
320d GT MSport thingy as a loaner - 48 mpg with sport etc. all turned on and returned before I used all the fuel I put in ! Quarter full on pick up, £60 in to fill for a Cam>Shrops>LDN>Cam trip and still on half tank on drop off !

Next is alloys refurb at Lepsons, spare steering wheel done at Royal, bumper respray (and prob bonnet, doors) and new flippers fitted. Then front end wrapped.

Owned for 5 years and 27K miles next month.....where does the time go !

Big up to Elms, the Gman and Emma for perfect customer service once more..

My front xenon leveller link is broken too (noticed when Intrax removed)

Can you tell me BMW code for replacement from your invoice please?

Next is alloys refurb at Lepsons, :

just a suggestion but I would get my wheels refurbed via Elms, or the company they use. Difference is like night and day.

Actually, that's a good shout. Totally forgot that Billy had mentioned this.

Good catch Sir

If you need wheels refurbed I can get them done aswell my Fiancee's Brother used to work for Lepsons as their powdercoater and now works at a company in Orpington.

Make sure you give them top marks in the survey BMW send you afterwards. 'I have a dream' that one day all BMW main dealers would be as good as Elms (but sadly they are not, which is why I travel a hundred miles for an oil service despite a main dealer being 2 mins away from me...)

Our feedback counts.

Had some 19" Mirror M3 wheels (notoriously tricky to get to OEM ) done by Lepsons, finish was superb. I couriered them there for not much money, they also added rubber at the same time for a really good price.

would you recommend Elms to get the car re-sprayed?

I have been recommended others like KDS Keltec, Italcoachworks etc

Their usual body shop is Myltons/Bedfordia group in Bedford (who own Elms), they did my front bumper, looks excellent.
