Quick question if both tabs break on the exhaust hub and the oil pump disc stops spinning will the car still start and drive?

Yes it will, but be careful. The last one I saw had jumped a tooth on the inlet cam where a tab had gone between the chain and the cam sprocket. If this happens you will get a tell tale hole in the cam cover and a score down the side of the head. I have some pictures somewhere...

It'll run if it has jumped a tooth on the inlet cam. Not right, but it'll run.

The car is running nice since it was retimed it was the tensioner the failed, but I was wondering if both tabs were broken and the oil pump disc was not spinning would the car still start and drive

It will, but the engine management light would come on after a short while as the cam positions are monitored and they won't move as the dme asks them to.

It'll run, but you'll basically have no vanos
