Thinking of buying a new build. What sort of discount can be had from list, better selling yours or just do a part ex? Any more info would be appreciated.

Steve, different depending where you are in the uk.
Drn souf discount is really minimal these days for 1-3 beds but 5-7% for 4 beds and upwards.

I went new build and sold house privately. You will always get a good deal on a new build especially at the end of each quarter. I would go into the show houses and tell them what your after as I found the good houses didn't get advertised.

A bit further out of town Lawsy, I think Shimmy Lorded it up when in Leeds (Adel). Not too far to Headingley though. Although our Jack might get a bit peeved if I go I to Headingley and cramp his style ...

Is Adel the one with the big reservoir? Some nice big houses up there Steve. Didn't see any caravan parks?
