Well I've not been on here really since I sold my csl about 3yrs ago. Completely wrong time to sell in hindsight compared to where the market is today, but c'est la vie. Had my eye on a 997.2 GT3 recently, but in the end couldn't bring myself to part with that amount of money so I've ended up with this........:)

M3 Performance Edition, 1 of 30, plus the inconel/titanium BMW performance exhaust

I've had it for 24hrs now and absolutely love it.
Will have to see how I get on with the matte wrap over time.......

Nice one Paul, I've got a frozen white version! had for 12 months and love it. Best all rounder I've ever owned. Would you mind telling me how much you paid. Just be interested to know where the market is for these M3Ms :)

And how is the exhaust? mines the standard with black tips, etc. could do to make a bit more noise when you're on the gas :)

Nice, out of all the mat colours I have seen red is the only one I like. Is it really a wrap, I thought it was a paint option. Know what you mean about the pork, however, I still get a buzz out of cesil and have no intension of selling

Red is a wrap, the blue and white are both paint - these were the only 3 options for the M Performance edition and they made 10 of each.

Supersprint back boxes are quite cheap and give it some flavour.

I had a full system on the CSL - was ridiculously loud, lol. Ended up exchanging my race back box for the sport or halfway house model :). Lots of options for these M3s, but I'm going to test drive a C63 first :)

It sounds even more Motorsport, with a nice deep burble on cold start-up. It's also around 40kg lighter I believe...

Hi Paul,
I would just like to say that pink suits you ;). Are you bringing it to DN10 this year? :).
I can't believe how much you sold the CSL for, especially what they're worth now - you must be absolutely gutted - sufficiently so for it to cloud your judgement into buying a pink car ;).

Oh, how I've missed you Mike!!! :smt055 :bigcry:

I didn't realise it had affected you THAT much ;).
Regarding the GT3 issue, I went through the exact same thing and bailed for the same reason - having all that money tied up in one car, plus how it would turn me into a girl driving on track for the same reason :gayfight:.
