It'll be interesting to see the price, as they refer to the GTS (which this is to superseed) as having been affordable?

The refer to the GT4, not the GTS.
This is cheap for what it is IMO.

I agree for a factory built car with I guess decent residuals, as long as the spares and extras package isn't huge, it seems like a decent cost for a race car.

It may be said that the GT4 was the next incarnation of the CSL, but at double the price, can we expect the same multiple being applied to the M235i Racing with all it's extras fitted?

How can you say it's cheap, I know it's a relative term, but when they haven't given an indication of the price? It may well be £180K. :( Which ain't cheap Oop Norf!
Direct quote:"allowing ambitious teams and drivers an affordable way into motor racing – and of offering them an absolutely competitive car. That was the case recently with the BMW M3 GT4, and that is now being superseded with the BMW M235i Racing".

No, the gt4 was a homologated race car built to gt4 regulations, nothing like the csl, or indeed the GTS.

The M3 GT4 was/is a very good package. Would love to own one.
