I bought mine used off a guy in Ireland...I think. I paid about £70 plus postage and its a top quality item. Almost a perfect fit and shines up to perfection. Will take some decent photos of it when I get home and post them up.

looks great on the SG, i was looking at one on friday at Simpson's. TBH all the carbon looks better on the SG, you don't notice is on the black cars.

As both parts are featured in the same picture I would assume that it is one cost, for both the parts. (349.00 Euros)

They are carbon overlaid. I don't believe anyone actually makes a full CF part for these mirrors and base.

If you want weight reduction you could look at the BMW Motorsport carbon mirror sets - they are full carbon, extremely light, but are a very different shape the OEM M3 mirrors. But prepared to be shocked at the asking price ;)

Oh NO ! That's a huge disappointment. They looked all cf.
The only full CF I found is from Auto Carbon but they don't do the mirror base. I wanted to capture the CSL concept's look :(
