Hi , new to the forum .Sadly don't own a CSL or anything "flash" as i simply do not do enough miles to justify spending such large amounts - so bangernomics for me
However this does not lessen my enthusiasm for the CSL and it's like.
I have a couple of questions that members here may not have considered - yes they are rather anoraky

1 Anyone know of most and least optioned CSLs?
2 which was the last CSL registered (i know of a 05 plate)?
3 which was the first and last black CSL registered?
4 what is the transmission sales numbers esp on black ones?
5 How many are in original First ownership?
6 How many moved directly from an M3 of that era to a CSL?

Hiya

1. Some cars came with no options - around 20%. Others vary but main options include xenons, pdc, air con, comfort glass.
2. Ive never seen any newer than an 05reg, very rare.
3. Dunno, dont know how anyone could answer that either really.
4. If you mean type of transmission/gearbox, CSLs only came with SMG boxes.
5. There will be a few, but it seems to be the trend that they change hands quite often.
6. I came from a Cooper S, some came from an E46M3 and never looked back.

Thanks .The last one i know of was registered in Mar 2005.
Also the buyers Guide that you linked states "Expect to pay 21k for a Y reg example with 40,000 miles, with an 80,000 miler coming in closer to 14k."
- but CSLs start in 2003?

This was for the BMW M3 i have removed this now
and updated the CSL prices :hahaha:

The CSLs were all built in 2003 and the 04 /54 /05 Plate cars were not registerd till later.
I know of 2 CSLs on 05 plates.
