360 roll

I did my 1st 360 roll today :(

Racing at Donny, two of us were overtaken on a straight by a car, we are all meant to be standard, ye.
I kept catching the said car up on braking and pushing through the corners, no chance on the straights :moan: going into cranners , damp and greasy but still flat, the guy hits the brakes at the top, I braked so I didn't hit him and tried to stay on line, back end came round, twitch twitch, on to the grass on the right and then full 360 roll in the gravel trap. Great ....
They haven't checked/ policed anything all year but I hear they checked a few cars after the race and found the said car to have full race head on ..... I don't think he's the only one.....

I'm all ok mate, I was more pissed off than anything. I couldn't believe it when he slowed down at the top, you need to go flat to keep the car pulling through. I was that confident I was going to get on track I didn't brake to try and stop before the pit, I couldn't see the point the grass was proper wet, foot in and all that :bigcry:

I've just been to see it Shane. New roof, new rear 1/4 panel, new front wing, windscreen, rear 1/4 glass, driver and passenger glass. A hammer on some other bits, apart from that all OK......

Yes I've had my run of bad luck this season....
Having a ponder on what to do. The car will get fixed. By all accounts there will be stricter policing next year after they found the car I was chasing down had every mid possible on the engine....
