The Add is like a trader's, however feedback is a little off-putting (Score 7 - 85.7% positive!)

I actually recognise the plate. I test drove the car in I think late 2011, and I remember it well, as it was the first decent drive I had in a CSL. It was being sold by Steve from Maundrell & Co. It was up for that same price (27,500), with the Miltec and spare wheels included. It also had APs, and the milage was about 57k from memory. I probably have a copy of it's V5 around somewhere.

I regretted not buying the car after, as in hindsight was good value with the all the extras. Everything was genuine, and the prev owner at the time had not spared any dosh looking after it. The only reason I refrained was that I was still learning about the CSL back then, and at the time read a few horror stories on here of engines and gearboxes going pop, so decided I wanted a car with AUC warranty and low enough milage that I could enjoy for a few years and re sell with <60k on the clock (warranty get expensive to put back on after 60k)

...still doesn't mean it hasn't been fooked since then, so tread carefully, but worth checking out if you don't mind a >60k car.

And just to prove to myself that I havn't become senile, on the maundrell website, there is a pick of it in the previously sold section, scroll about half way down.

Still sounds like a fair price 2 years on. APs, exh and spare wheels have to be worth 4k if sold on. At the time the std exh and brakes were also included in the sale, and may still be, so the car is probably atleast worth looking into for a prospective buyer despite the crap add (and you can sell me the brakes if you don't want them!)

Funny enough I had a look at this car Before I got mine (so looks to be around the same time late 2011 if I rem correctly) and chased around all the dealers getting the History of the Car and what I remember it was good with a few parts replaced over its life. As said above all the extras with the Car it is good value

Where have all the 'Questors' gone - Hibernation? Spring-time, leading up to the 'Homecoming' in May you couldn't move for them, have they all scratched their respective itch?
Looks to be a creditable car, if you ignore the add and feedback score!

It's a nice car that - I wouldn't say the plate's rare to be honest, but no-ones going to blame the seller for having a go :)

Wrong time of year perhaps?

I'd ignore the feedback, there are plenty of eBay numpties who'll knock feedback down for the slightest thing - plus it's one neg in only seven transactions so a bit skewed.
