hi guys , have a continual problem with exhuast fumes when moving and windows are opened.Took to BMW for inspection 2 ,whist there they checked car fully over and whilst they smelt it ,could not rectify .i took the car to a exhaust specialist who advised full exhaust system is sound .The car has only 35000 kms since new .i also replaced rear boot seal as I could smell the fumes also in the boot to no avail. Any thoughts would be really appreciated

It's probably the lack of use and the paint on the exhaust still burning off that's causing the smell!
If it persists I'd take it apart to make sure you haven't got some visitors toasting within the pipes?
