Does anyone have the PDF saved from the sticky above (as the link is no longer active) as I have just fitted my Cups and want to get the best out of them at the 'ring next week?

Are you driving to the ring on them?

Yes, just to bed them in - I'm taking my MSSs as well (as it usually rains :hahaha: ).

Thats perfect for a heat cycle at a consistent pace.

On mine that I heat cycled, I found the rubber was perfect all through the tyres life and didnt go hard like most of the cups ive seen.

I run mine at 32 psi hot but on 18 inch rims, with even wear -3.25 upfront and -2.20 at the rear but do alternate rims over.

If this is your first time on cups your love them and the extra grip, plus the car comes alive.

Have fun

Mike I generally start around 24psi cold and gauge it from there. I dont like to see them above about 32psi.

Mine have about 2mm left so they are in the back seat and I have my super sports fitted for the journey.

Well jealous im not going sounds fun!
I usually do what billy says regards the tyres then when i slip curse him for being wrong!lol
I ran mine on 30 from cold which became a dangerous move as they heated up.second time round i went 26 cold after speaking to billy and loved em.heated up,they worked great!

Here's the official Micheline guide to Pilot Sport CUPs: http://www.michelin.co.uk/tyres/michelin-pilot-sport-cup#tab-tyres-benefits
Half way down that page click on "Conditions of use" for the gospel :)
