Front end proper stonechipped and now some scumbag but a scratch in pax door, will treat the old girl to a bonnet / bumper / front wings / doors respray at the end of the year with some newly refurbished splitters (with you soon Mark!) and refurbished wheels at Lepsons. Intend in making it minty before semi retirement (car, not me sadly) next spring.

May also clear wrap / paintshield front end and roof afterwards.

Any recco for both of these in SE ideally chaps ?

They are good guys and certainly know how to paint. They did my Steering Wheel, saved a colour card and paint sample on file!

Easy to get to as well.

Think I'm going to get my front bumper and roof paintshielded. Bumpers and roofs are on backorder with BMW and mine are perfect (bumper has just been re-done) and I'd like to keep them that way.

Spoke with Anne at paintshield.co.uk, she was very good and she certainly knows her CSL's, just done two apparently. So I'd be interested to hear from anyone on here who has had theirs done recently.

Not cheap, but neither are the parts :smt009

E46 CSL recco I would rate.

Not pulled trigger yet, early 2014 if I can squeeze in another TD before season close. :smokin:

Had mine all done recently.

70% respray last year
wheels refurb by Lepsons last month
New Supersports fitted after refurb
flippers re done by Mark last month

It was looking pretty good until the recent ring trip so now has a couple of scars again :hahaha:

Steering wheel and mirror to be done shortly.

Gotcha... My plan is to do the respray and the the clear wrap so I don't worry about TD's anymore.

If I lived near Simpsons, I'd take my car there. For London & the north home counties, Harpenden Classics are well worth visiting.

In London, there is a Auto Audio who get frequent mentions, but I have not used them.

Harpenden Classic work closely with a leading venture shield installer

The owner is a keen track driver and past owner of CSL's

Thanks. I would love to go to Simpsons but can't justify a 3 hour drive during the week just to get a bumper repaired and maybe RTAB's and such.

Are those referrals you listed for bumper repair or clear wrap? I got confused .

I have had paint, engine and chassis work done @ simpsons not to mention a lot of mods bolted on. Wouldn't take my cesil anywhere else!!
