View Full Version : A big thanks to Grassicks BMW

I light of all the recoginition to guys at Elms and ML, I think its only fair I share my experiences from north of the border.

Only had the car now 4 odd months and throughout this Grassicks, my local BMW dealership have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Before the trip they gave the car a health check and I had a long chat with Pete thier ///M specialist who was more than helpful about discussing problems and upgrades to the car.

Also just before the trip they sent a tech out when I was panicking about the starting issue, and ran through a load of checks, I wasn't charged for this and although they never found an issue, it was great that they were willing to down tools and come out to help me at the drop of a hat.

Again my car has been in whilst I'm offshore this time and had a load of small issues and suspension set up dealt with, with constant contact from Scott Henderson (their service rep, who has also been an excellent help), giving me updates on their progress and organising collection/delivery while I'm away.

So overall a massive thanks to all the guys there who have helped me with the car, I cannot recommend them enough to any CSL locals.

I've been going there for 8 years now excellent service. Pete and Simon top class guys for looking after your car. Great thing about Grassicks is you have access to the technicians to discuss any issues.

Agree, used them now for the 4 1/2 yrs I've owned the CSL.
Absolute pleasure to deal with and always a cuppa on offer.

Cuppa!!?!?!?!?

Right thats it. john clark it is. Not once had a cuppa!
