This was what i had for a test drive today i had it from Eastern Bmw from 9:00 TILL 17:00 so i could try the DCT and see if the V8 was any good :-D

Its a great engine and box i have to say the noise the V8 makes is fantastic not on a par with the CSL but still great:thumbs:

Its not as bad as i was expecting it to be it did 24.6 mpg but that was light driving and a couple of fast sprints.

It showed 29mpg at 70mph on the motorway now that's amazing :notworthy:

Its not as sharp as the CSL but it was a convert so it could be the extra weight it was carrying inc me :hahaha:


Still some great scenery round perthshire enjoy :thumbs:

You own both what do you think of the V8 ???

It doesn't feel like an M-car compared to the CSL. The difference is, the CSL feels like I did when I was in my 20s (lean, fit, 28" waste). The V8 feels like I am now in my mid 40s LOL.
