Ian / Shimmy,

since all of you paid 10€ even, for any tour, there are around £100 to much in my pocket. Would be just right to give it to charity too.

@Shimmy please let me know the Bank details

Guys

I think I have today received the last payment for the auctioned goods (can't check as my online service is down).

As soon as it is confirmed I will email out something like the text below to all the companies that kindly gave goods or services to the auction and raffle, and with that text I will let them know what is to or has happened with their gifts.
Dear ..........

I am very pleased to announce that the 50+ CSLRegister members from all over Europe that attended the Homecoming Tour in May 2013 have managed to raise £6140 (net of reclaimed UK tax) for the two chosen charities of our choice in memory of the late Andy Pressland. We will shortly be donating the money split between Marie Curie Cancer Care and Arthur Rank Hospice (Cambridge).

Your involvement and generosity was much appreciated to all concerned. We have 1000s of pictures and videos of the trip but maybe the best to date is the BMW M Division video seen here on YouTube that gives a good overview of the Munich part of our trip.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qW1ID6Zd6Q0&feature=youtube_gdata_player

As for your donated gift, we are pleased to advise that the lucky winner was:

Xxxxx xxxxxxxx
Address
Postcode
Email
Tel number

I would be grateful if you could please contact him and arrange for him to receive the .......(details of goods) ......... at the earliest possible time.

Once again, thank you on behalf of all the CSLRegister members and CSL owners. Please let me know if you would like any pictures of the event for press purposes?

Andy Szymanski.
I will then put the winners in touch with the companies to claim their goods or arrange delivery (depending on the gift) or alternatively let them know the details of what happened if they have already donated. Bare with me and hopefully in 48 hours we wil be approaching the end.

Then I will be contacting both Marie Curie Cancer Care and Arthur Rank Hospice to let them know that we will be donating £6140 split between them both (£3070 each) net, and I will donate the money as a Uk tax payer so they can reclaim tax paid on top to increase the overall payments they receive.

I'll be in touch soon!

Shimmy
