Only had it a week and a bit but dropped mine off for an insp 2 at elms today. Not been before. Thought the whole set up is impressive and was good to meet Gareth. Nice drove from London to Camborne too...
The SB and SG cars they've got on show are a nice touch, first thing you see when you walk in. Leather steering wheel is certainly one way to avoid bobbling!

What time did you get there dropped mine off yesterday for subframe fill, I was gone by 8.45 in a new 116M back tomorrow to pick up car :thumbs:

I was there in the afternoon...peered through the window at yours being worked on by Gareth.
I'll be picking mine up on Saturday so might see Billy walking home :) if we're there at the same time and you want a lift to Cambridge let me know!

Got the call from Emma mine ready to be picked up after 14:00 tomorrow when subframe fill should be dry, and having brake fluid replaced along with Traction control sensor that went faulty from carpark to workshop. :bigcry:

Mine was there for a week or so, collected on Friday.
3 dealers local to me had in turn disappointed me, misdiagnosing and worse; Elms was a 100% positive experience.
Vanos noise confirmed and replaced (local dealer charged me to run vanos rest and then informed me it was fine)
Head gasket replaced. Had failed between 1&2 and also 5&6. Missed by other dealers.
Throttle flap potentiometer replaced. Missed by other dealers despite me questioning apparent random opening/closing.
Car is under full comp warranty, so rather nice to have everything fixed.
Car is running very sweetly now.
Pretty sure my CSL will never go anywhere else now.

Just to add to this, my car was in with Gareth at elms yesterday for an insp2 :thumbs: . Travelled down for North Yorkshire and dropped off my car with them the night before so the engine was cold for Friday morning.
Emma and gareth really looked after me and a got a very nice courtesy car too .
A days shopping in Cambridge with the wife was the only downside ;)
Whilst at elms, saw an amazing looking very low mileage SB csl going in for a service, a beautiful e30 m3 sitting in the showroom next to the elms Sb csl . After seeing these Wife now says I have to put my silver wheels back on my car .

Cracking service fro the crew yesterday.
Replacement seat frame ordered from Germany by Emma and fitted while I waited yesterday by G.
Leak down test complete and all looking good :beer:
Top marks guys and thanks again for the service in time for the trip.:supz:
