"For those due to attend the Easytrack day on Wednesday at Oulton Park, and who haven't already been contacted by the organisers, MSV understands that as of Thursday 11 April 2013, Easytrack has ceased to trade. Therefore regrettably all future events booked by Easytrack on MSV circuits have been cancelled. For more information please contact Easytrack directly on 01223 969 996 "

Maybe check out www.easytrack.co.uk and give them a call to discuss, as the quote on their site suggests they are still in business.

For the time being we are no longer able to offer track day places at MSV circuits. Anyone booked into an event at one of these circuits will be receiving a full refund or transferred onto the same event with a replacement organiser (if suitable). Alternatively a full credit to use on any new diary of events which will be available at this site within the next week or so. We apologise for the inconvience which is beyond our control.

I was/am booked on the 27th at bedford.

MSV have pulled the day so get your money back if you can Baris. No way they will survive this.

When I posted this I only had MSV's information- Easytrack website was still open for business, but they were not answering their phones - my friends have been calling trying to find out what the situation is..... Yes there website has now changed- but you need to answer your phone to your customers!

I was going to do Oulton on 23rd as its my birthday ( hint hint) but MSV already have this down as a test day......

I would ring them up if I were you Baris!

Why would they not survive?

For msv to pull the plug- Easytrack must owe them some money.....

How can Easytrack earn any money when the 5 major circuits are unavailable to them?

That is how I see it anyway. I think palmer wants to take more of the pie personally....

I should imagine that having to issue what may well be 100s of refunds for the cancelled days is keeping them somewhat busy.

Never fails to surprise me how many people always try and read into situations and assume the worst!

How can they issue refunds if they don't answer there phone?

I admit I was quite quick to post but I have friends with money in Easytrack's bank, and others who were going to book a day at Oulton with me- I didn't want them to book, on the still running Easytrack website, when MSV are saying Easytrack have ceased trading- it wasn't MSV's place to say that really but it's done now....

Where does it say anything about bankruptcy? Did MSV say that?

Sorry, to be precise - MSV said that they had been informed that Easytrack had ceased trading..... Sorry my wording was incorrect and misleading

yep Jim is a doom monger

but tbh they only had msv days, msv have pulled their days from Easytrack, Easytrack jad been concentrating on bikes this year which has been a disaster with the weather

this is only going one way when it hits the forums. i mean who will now book a bike or car day with them and put their money at risk?

They double booked me on a trackday last year and it took me over 2 months and loads of phone calls to get a refund, did wonder then if they were in trouble

Just spotted this which puts a more positive light on events.

It ain't over til the fat lady singsI say! Honestly the amount of presumptious BS that's on the net about this situation is beyond belief and (quite frankly) none of us really know the real story
