£90K for a CSL in Turkey, when a packet of fags will cost you £12 puts things into relative perspective.

Assumption: "Customer would sell it for the right price" :banghead:
If he wanted to sell it I'm sure he would advertise it, whatever to price, or at least let it be known that he was considering a sale. £45K would probably see it sold.:thumbs:
