Just a quick question what way round do the discs go front and rear in regarding vains and groves, picture would be very helpful

yep, opposite of pf but same as rear ap, the grooves sort of point forward as they rotate

It's the orientation of the internal vanes thats important with race discs - not the angle of the grooves, hence the AP and PF grooves are different - the vanes are the same.........as these discs pull heat away from the middle of the disc and out through the outer edge.

On the other hand, he's from East Anglia so better to keep it simple!

You shouldn't even have to read the instructions - the part number on the boxes that the discs came in says LH and RH on them :hahaha:.

The internal cooling vanes are what dictate the rotation of a disc, not the grooves on the surface of the disc.
